Each production step has a person in charge documenting quality with his signature, taking responsibility for their work.

OUR SERVICES

SILK PRINT

For example silk printing of your company logo or slogan on non-woven bags can be done 1/3 cheaper than domestic companies.
This is especially a popular option for novelty items.

EMBROIDERY

If you want to increase the value of a product, embroidery is a good choice to create a unique high-quality product.
It is popular for hat emblems or company uniforms.

PACKAGE

After your product is finished we can package them for you in the process.
We can offer you a design contract and if you consider using FBA we can directly print your Amazon barcode on the package.

INJECTION MOLDING

Non-woven injection molding, which is essential for sewing. By applying this technology, we also undertake general injection molding such as rubber and acrylic.
We have experience producing rubber shuriken and we handle many items additionally to sewing, producing about 300,000 pieces a year.

OTHER CONTRACTS

We’ve established a network between factories in Vietnam. Therefore, products other than sewing and injection molding can be sampled at a local factory.
We can deliver large and small attachments made of synthetic leather and sword sheaths.

Process of requests

STEP1

MEETING

For questions like “I’m looking for a Vietnamese Sewing Factory”, “What items can be produced?” at first please reach out to us via the contact form.
We will check your inquiry and proceed using email or LINE chat.

STEP2

SAMPLE

If available please send a similar item to our factory in Vietnam and we will start producing a sample.
At that time we will also inform you about estimated delivery date and costs.

STEP3

PRODUCTION

If you are satisfied with the sample, price and delivery date we will conclude a contract and start production.
We have a thourough inspection system for all produced products.

STEP4

FOLLOW UP

After you’ve received your products, we will contact you for a follow-up.
If you have problems like a tight schedule, we will try to help you out meticulously.
